For 2026, TIBSO will once again coordinate its exclusive FAM Trips — an initiative that brings together around eight of our top-performing partner agents for an immersive 10-day journey to visit some of our leading U.S. boarding school partners.

These trips are thoughtfully designed to deepen agents’ knowledge and understanding of each school through firsthand experiences on campus. By exploring facilities, meeting faculty, and engaging with students, our agents gain invaluable insights that empower them to promote these institutions more effectively to families in their regions.
